Beverley Farm is set in a large mature garden which you are welcome to use and we have 15 acres of land currently used for D.I.Y livery. There is a possibility of a paddock for your own horse if needed.
Well mannered pets are also welcome, but we regret that our house is a no smoking area.
Accommodation:
We offer a large en-suite twin room with plenty of room for a child to share (small extra charge dependent on age).  Coffee, tea, drinking chocolate and biscuits are provided in your room, also a television set and current magazines.
Full English Breakfast is included and special diets can provided if specified in advance - we are quite flexible.

From Norwich take the B1150 Norwich to North Walsham road.  We are 6 miles from the City on the left hand side of the road just before Horstead village

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Holmwood House that is situated on the edge of the village of Scottow in the heart of Broadland Norfolk.  There are wonderful rural views with secluded garden at the rear and ample parking.

Accommodation consists of 2 double en suite rooms/ 1 double with private bathroom.  All rooms have tea/coffee facilities, TV and hairdryer.  We have a separate lounge for our guests. 
Breakfast is served in the pleasant dining room.
We are non-smoking and sorry but no pets.

Convenient for Coltishall, Wroxham, Norwich, Norfolk Broads and the Coast.  The local pub is only 400 yards away serving food but there are numerous pubs/restaurants close by.

Garden Lovers - The Old Vicarage at East Ruston, Hoveton Hall, Fairhaven Gardens, Holkham Hall, Mannington Hall and Sandringham  Hall are all within easy driving distance of us.

Holmwood House is also very cyclist friendly offering secure and dry storage and information for repairs if needed but if you haven't got your own cycles then we will tell you where to hire cycles whilst on your visit.
